A recent project we undertook included renewing the siding on a late 1970's house. The siding was beginning to curl and weather, letting water into the walls of the house.
Due to the specific size of the siding, the decision was made to reuse as much of the material as possible. Siding of such a custom size could cost almost $10,000 to completely renovate the house! Instead, we took the existing siding, corrected any slight errors (or replaced certain pieces that were too worn to reuse) and tightened up the boards so they fit tightly. Richard Reed Construction easily saved this family thousands of dollars on cost, smartly and effectively!
