- Demonstrate skill in their main emphasis of construction.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of construction technique and tool usage.
- Follow general safety guidelines.
- Have their own tools and transportation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and construction on specified properties.
- Work quickly and efficiently, within a deadline.
- Install tile, drywall, trim, hardware, and other materials as specified by a work order.

- Strong work ethic.
- Integrity.
- Ability to work independently without significant supervision.
- Ability to work in high energy and fast paced environment.
